CAPABILITIES

Big Rapids Products has presses for virtually every type of job application, from transfer presses and high speed progressive die presses to line-die work cells. We have multiple locations in North America and Mexico with over 30 presses ranging from 50 to 2,000 ton capacity with a max bed size of 96" x 240".

Other production equipment including Roll Form, Stretch Bending, Wire Forming and Part Washing. Adjacent to the press room is the tool room, fully equipped for drilling, milling, grinding, turning and welding. All tooling is maintained in house by Journeymen Die Makers.
