Big Rapids Products is ISO/TS-16949:2009 certified, assuring the customer of quality manufacturing processes and administrative management.
An optical comparator and a coordinate measuring machine are used to verify part dimensions to CAD data. The statistical software on our CMM allows us to verify process capability for for PPAP and throughout the life of the program.
Computers on the plant floor are integrated with part gages and hand held measuring devices, providing database control to insure tolerances are maintained on all production runs.
